Non-contiguous Cartogram


I can not believe I actually used Illustrator to create my legend! I could not for the life of me get circles into my ArcMap legend.

    See, Illustrator can be good for somethings! Shocking I know :) Color scheme looks really good I would just change the transparency so that you can see through the circles.
