This is my third post of my isohyet map. I used manual interpolation to set my points. Originally I had tried a black and white map as the instructions said, but it wasn't clear. I decided to give the state of Georgia a little color so the map would be more pleasing. After I posted that, I went back to try to put color in the background. The light in my brain finally came on and I figured it out so I am submitting this latest version. I really like the pencil tool - it is the one tool I have been able to use successfully right from the start!
